To the OP, I have never watched Scott's videos, but I like to watch Scooby once in a while... he knows what he's talking about, he's humorous, and he posts new videos all the time.

And to whoever mentioned something about Scooby saying you can only gain five pounds of muscle a year... well then, you'll be happier when you prove him wrong and gain more, eh?

Scooby is a garbage bodybuilder and gives the worst advice possible. He states that to gain muscle at 140 lbs, you eat 1600 cals a day, this led me to anorexia. He tells you to get protein from beans and soy, no wonder he has huge tits and sounds gayer than adam lambert. He is ruining kids physiques all over the world and I'm pretty sure he's mentally retarded.

What I don't like about Scooby is that he only makes home workout videos (at least that's all I've seen). I have watched a bunch of his videos but come on, please make a real workout video! His advice is good though and workouts are good for people that can't get to gym. But Scott also has some home workouts. I like his videos a lot better. Both are good but Scott wins.

What? How is that in any way the same? A proper comparison would be saying you're not a football player if you toss a football around with some friends after school...And no, you are not.

bodybuilding is competitive. Weightlifting is not.

Do they lift weights for fitness related reasons? Yes.

However, I like Scott's videos more. I used to watch scooby a lot, but he only does a video every now and then, and most of the time he ends up promoting his website in some way... But dont get me wrong he still has a good videos.

Scott seems to be much more interactive with his fans and supporters, and does WAY more videos. I also think his videos are more informative, but that's also cause he does all his stuff at the gym, where as scooby is promoting at home fitness.

Scotts not a bodybuilder, he is a model/actor he was on Bigbrother. That being said Scotts videos are way better then scoobys way more descriptive and way way better for anyone that is starting out lifting weights. Scott ftw, scooby = oldballs
