    I can barely max out at my body weight...I am 6' 4 1/2 and about 190. I have always heard that it is much harder on really tall guys in terms of benching but not sure if this is actually true or just excuses

    idk if girls actually like dat azz but i sure hope so. my glutes are like 60x more developed than any other muscle group i have lol my glutes put my traps and biceps to shame. and my chest just puts itself to shame, so underdeveloped feelsbadman
