    being short actually helps with benching your bodyweight because I 200lb 5ft 4" will have more muscle mass than a 200lb 6ft3" male.

    If your building muscle to get girls, your better off just doing bicep curls and cutting up for the ab's.

    Ass will get you some attention aswell, the girls in work said i had the best ass there, i even got to feel all theres in return for a feel of mine (jackpot!)


    But as far as overall physique goes, they dont care really, they might be impressed by your hard work and dedication, but they arent going to go, "omgz, your lat spread is amazin, lemme see that again!"

    Plus, these days girls like girly men, the problem is lessend as you start getting older, but its gonna be your late 20's before the girly men realise no one loves them anymore and that they never had any respect in the first place. (you know the type, 6 foot, 140pounds and flabby, uses excessive amounts of hair products and has lots of piercings and wears skinny jeans)

    I can bench my bodyweight which eight now is about 160 about 15x
    Fav 3 lifts: Close grip bench, Squats, and Deadlifts

    bench: 225 (10/9/2010)
    squat: 325 (may2010)
    deadlift 275x5 (april2010)

    goal: to be razor sharp cut while being as strong as possible
