    Supplements and drug test

    This is a really dumb question but I am asking anyways. Just want to be 100% sure before I cycle back on pre workouts that none of the stuff in it will show up on a drug test at MEPS

    I would wait man. A lot of this stuff will show up as "unwanting" Your Recruiter should be able to tell you if there are any you can take.

    Edit: Best bet as well just take some caffeine and some BA pre workout

    Likely not, but many companies do not test for contamination of their products and/or spike them with ingredients not necessarily on the label. So, to be safe, wait.
