I like to bomb calves & abs every Sunday, and really don't spend a great deal of time on them through the week. This is my first time posting a routine, and look for to posting
as many training sessions as possible.
Calf Raises: 4x40,25,15,25
Leg Press Calf Extensions: 4x15-25
Seated Calf Raises: 4x20
Squeeze at the top, feel the negative, keep rythem, stretch between sets and swell.
Cable Crunches w/t twist: 3-4x24-40
Knee Raises/Hanging Leg Raises: 3x25-30
Standing/Seated Torso Twists: 5-10 Minutes
I trained a little bit with a fairly well known bodybuilder named Roger Stewart, in the early 80's. Roger swore by twists, in that they were the best thing for shrinking the waistline. This guy would do them 30 minutes without stopping. Always use great control during the
movement, because you can really injure your back. Oh, I don't recomend 30 minutes right
off the bat.
