Yep, I recall it being hot and that I didn't particularly enjoy the flavor of it. I'm a big fan of good 'ol Sriracha.

In fact, I'm eating clam chowder with Sriracha as I type this...

This. Sriracha is the ****. There is no match for it. It matches flavor and heat perfectly

It was just just called Daves Insanity. I have the hurtin jalepeno too, the insanity one makes that taste like water. I have the garlic one and cool chipole i think too, those are good.

I love siracha as well, I added some drops of the insanity to my chicken then some siracha, one bite and i was on fire.

Last time im touching that stuff.

i just like straight ghost pepper ones. the burn sensation lasts for like 30 min no matter what you eat or drink lol

Yea my wife attempted cooking turkey meatballs and threw a dash in the pan, and 2seconds later POOF chased everyone out the house teary eyed and coughing like we were hit with mustard gas. Needless to say that bottle is gone!

I hate that. It's why I haven't really found one I like. On one hand I have a high tollerance for hot sauce but on the other.. it kills the food if you can't really get any flavor because of the burn.

I'm not scared of sodium but I hate how a lot of hot sauces taste more salty than hot. I don't understand the logic by the sodium overkill when I want hotness. If I wanted salt, I'd go eat chips or something.

It is by far the hottest hot sauce I've ever tried.
I couldn't handle it when I was a kid. Doubt I could handle it now either.

They sell siracha at my local wallmart super center, also try any indian or asian grocery store and you will find it there for sure.

Where can you get Siracha sauce?

If you're from the US, they sell it at Target now. At least, the one by my house has it. I buy the 16oz size and I go through a bottle in about 3-4 weeks.

I put it on:

Clam chowder
Chicken and Rice (this is sooooooooo good)
Pizza, I eat it about once every 2 weeks.
Steamed vegetables if I'm feeling in need of Sriracha. Sometimes I have withdrawals.
Tilapia (spelling?)


And lately I've been making the following:
6 eggs (whole)
1/3 cup black beans
1 slice sharp cheddar
Top with sriracha and ortega taco sauce.
(If you have any ground beef with taco seasoning, add this in too).
