I think this was with significantly better technique than my previous 95kg too
I think I still need much more work on pulling under the bar faster and also I seem to be jumping forwards very slightly. Other than that I think now I am mainly just limited by my actual squat strength.
Any other feedback appreciated?

nice pr. nice adjustment on the catch to save the lift. 6'0"??? d@mn. i was trying to figure out why the 45's looked like 25's.lol. i dont get into details like every1 else, i just mention/ only care about the big/obvious things so:
-work on catching it better (less fumbling at the bottom. yes i know it was a pr)-we are what we repeatedly do. therefore, excellence is not an act but a habit.

Thanks man, dunno what you mean by fumbling but I took my time and sat back into it more since I know that my front squat isn't much higher than this. I find if I catch and then bounce up straight away the squat goes to **** (mainly because I'm catching it more forwards than I should be, and the squat ends up on my toes (watch the 95kg vid), and that's something I really need to work on fixing)

This was my set from today: (102.5x5 but not much of a struggle, I'm only on week 5 of madcows so only just passed PR week)
Haven't maxed in ages but I estimate around ~115-120.
Don't front squat heavy, only on "recovery/light" days (so that's wednesday on madcows) (except when cleaning)
Here's a video from a couple of weeks ago.
I estimate my max is ~105-110.
So yeah, my front squat is stupidly close to my back squat. I've been doing hamstring isolation after deadlifts on wednesdays to try and get my back squat up as I feel that must be where I'm lagging, my quads must be completely dominant.PBs:
Oly Squat: 145 kg
Front Squat: 125 kg
Strict Overhead Press: 75x2 kg

Stay tighter going into the hole to catch/"rack" the bar, you rocked back because of two things, the bar got back into your throat and you weren't ready for it, or because you didn't stay tight in the upper back, or both.
I don't want to say anymore because, hey, IT'S A PR!!!!! Congrats!!!Training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=168969133
