    Question Absolute best Post-workout nutrition?

    Ok, so just out of curiosity what is the best Post-workout nutrition combo for size and strength and what order?


    Protein
    Hydrolyzed Protein
    Protein with digestive enzymes added
    BCAAs type post workout drink
    BCAAs & EAAs post workout drink
    Weight Gainer
    Weight Gainer with BCAAs
    All In One product


    Personally I'm thinking that something like the new Shotgun v3 (Pre) & Synthesize v3 (Post)
    which are Carbohydrate, BCAAs and EAAs, followed by a weight gainer or all in one would be best. Seems like sound logic to me, or am I missing something?

    personally whats worked for me is weight gainer, no doubt any is great but i would reccomend the gainer for most

    The difference between what you're suggesting and any standard protein powder like Myofusion will be minuscule.

    Interesting, some of you are saying a "whole meal" shake, but that wouldnt cause an insulin spike so its not gonna be optimal for size, if I am thinking about it right..

    The reason Im thinking shotgun and synthesize is because of the EAA's that get absorbed instantly instead of after whey is digested approx 30-40 mins (of catabolism)...
