Blockers with John Cena was ok, finished off kinda weak though.
A Quiet Place also started good but the ending just left you with a few wtf moments & you wonder why they didn't go on offense to begin with."You know that little thing in your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't? Yeah, well, I don't have one of those."

End of Summer Movie Review Lalapaloooozzzaaaaa!
1. Avengers : Inf. War 11/10 Truly a climax of a decade of high quality movies. I thought it was a masterpiece
2. Deadpool2 6/10 far inferior to the 1st, but thats kind of a given. stale jokes in many spots, but still a good watch
3 Jurassic Park ( part 13?) 5/10 some epic special effects scenes, but other than that it was weak and seemed even more like a money grab than I thought possible
4. Sicario 2 8/10 1st half of the movie was excellent, really exciting . Trailed off towards the end, but part 3 should be amazing.
5. DVD... HItman's Bodyguard 9/10 pure action and solid laughs. if you like Sam L jackson and ryan reynolds, this movie is a must watchJust trying hard to not be a fat sack-o-chit.

Hey everyone. Ive been away a while but im back.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Mission Impossible = Good
I don’t want to spoil it for Corbs or anyone else. But, it did not disappoint.
On DirectTV, Proud Mary. Kind of like the black female version of Dirty Harry. Very predictable and silly in parts - no, in many parts, but I liked it.Helping one person may not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.

Avengers Infinity War - 5/10
I am a huge fan of the 1st Avengers movie, but this one didn't do it for me. Too many characters, too many storylines, couldn't care less about the bad guy, inconsistencies about how powerful somebody is depending on how it suits the moment. By the end I was right down bored. People doing stupid chit all around (like ultra scientifically advanced Wakanda goes to war with spears? Ever heard of bombers and artillery? And don't get me started about the Hulk with performance issues). Iron Man suit by now is just silly, Spider Man suit also silly.
The chemistry between the characters was one of the great things in the 1st Avengers movie, but here they were too busy CGing crap for interesting interactions longer than 10 secs.
Luckily the movie has the highest number of hot guys all in one place since Magic Mike, so at least there's that.Follow my 2018 competition prep here:

The Incredibles 2. Lots of fun. Not as good as the first in some ways, but fun all the same. Bob's still going through a mid-life crisis, Helen's off to play, and Frozone got his suit back. The voices are excellent...music is excelent as well.
As for Infinity War, it was good, but I'll have to agree with sy###...too many storylines going every which way. I still enjoyed it and will have to see the second one, just to see how the cliffhangers are fleshed out and closed...if they are."Don't call me Miss Kitty. Just...don't."--Catnip. Check out the Catnip Trilogy on Amazon.com
"Chivalry isn't dead. It just wears a skirt."--Twisted, the YA gender bender deal of the century!

Damn... Thanos literally fukked up 2 dozen super heros. It was the ultimate pay off for being a fan of the comics, movies, the whole marvel universe. It moves at a super frantic pace for a reason, so many great moments.
I hope we can agree it was better than Age of Ultron? That was el crappoJust trying hard to not be a fat sack-o-chit.

I went to see mile 22 it was decent but they should have had a better plot. I left feeling it needed another half hour.

At the theater right now, having a drink before seeing Mission Impossible.
Saw Marauders the other night, something I had DVR'd. Was meh, action was ok but the plot was incomprehensible for the most part."You know that little thing in your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't? Yeah, well, I don't have one of those."

Watched a weird and at times kinda creepy movie last night, from 2011 "The Beaver" starring Mel Gibson, Jodie Foster and Jennifer Lawrence. Starts out as a comedy and turns into a dark film about depression and gets a bit weird with Gibsons character. Overall its a decent watch just don't expect a lot of laughs after the 1st 15-20 minutes or so.
