I know exactly what you mean, at this ratio of dry ingredients vs. wet I find these to have a great consistency. I can hold one by one end and it wont sag at all, but its still remains moist.

I personally havn't tried it but it should be fine, the consistency might be a tad different but there is always ways to tweak that (add/remove a little milk, allow more circulation while letting them set).

Go to Trader Joes. They have most nuts salted, unsalted, and 50% less salt. You can also get pieces cheaper than whole, good for making stuff where you are going to chop stuff up.

...or you can blend it in a blender and drink it. Would save a lot of time and effort. But yeah, I can see the point behind it.

Repped for the pics and write up.
Heard joke once: Man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where what lies ahead is vague and uncertain. Doctor says "Treatment is simple. Great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go and see him. That should pick you up." Man bursts into tears. Says "But Doctor... I am Pagliacci." Good joke. Everybody laugh. Roll on snare drum. Curtains. -Rorschach

A cup is a measurement of volume (236.588237 ml). Gram is a unit of weight? If you google "Convert cup to..." you can get a conversion very easily.

Here are a few common foods and their conversion from cups to grams (notice how much the weight varies!):
    Granulated sugar: 1 cup = 200 grams
Brown sugar: 1 cup, packed = 220 grams
Sifted white flour: 1 cup = 125 grams
White rice, uncooked: 1 cup = 185 grams
White rice, cooked: 1 cup = 175 grams
    Butter: 1 cup = 227 grams
    Almonds, slivered: 1 cup = 108 grams
    Oil: 1 cup = 224 grams
    Maple syrup: 1 cup = 322 grams
    Milk, non-fat: 1 cup = 245 grams
    Milk, sweetened condensed: 306 grams
    Broccoli, flowerets: 1 cup = 71 grams
    Raisins: 1 cup, packed = 165 grams
    Milk, dry: 1 cup = 68 grams
    Yogurt: 1 cup = 245 grams
    Water: 1 cup = 236 grams
    Confectioners sugar: 1 C = 110 g
    Cocoa: 1 C = 125 g
To do the conversions, see the Related Link for a website called gourmetsleuth.com.

I leave it is the fridge for 24 hours usually. Im guessing they are a little to moist, you can lift a corner of the Saran wrap to let some air in and they should dry out a bit.

Don't really understand what your saying. All the ingredients were measured using A standard US cup, which is about 236 ml. Volume is volume. How do you guys measure volume over there? What does it say on a bottle of water for example?

Those do look really good, and would probably satisfy my obsession with peanut butter. Why not just mix all the peanuts instead of 1/3? I can't imagine having them on top would be any different than inside, especially since you're just pressing them down anyways, would also cut down on a step and a little prep time.
