My form is horrible, and i want to change that. Could you give me some advice how to keep my back straight? Maybe some mental cues?
I know my starting position is horrible and i'm trying to change that.

Oh wow that is really rounded. I'm not even sure if my back can get into that position at rest so I'm probably not the right one to help, but I am bumping this for you so it doesn't get lost on the other page...
