Just picked up a box, saw it was new and it has a lot more fiber than regular cheerios, and plus regular cheerios are 110 cals per 0.75 cup, cinnamon burst cheerios are 110 cals per 1 cup. They taste great...try them out if you eat other carbs than "just oats".

Like I said, my personal judgment call is not to eat it. You do what you want. I stay away from most preservatives/additives such as BHT, MSG, hydrogenated oils, HFCS, etc. That's not to say I don't consume foods with them (eating out, eating at someone else's cooking, etc), but as long as I'm in control of what's being made (which is usually the case most of the time) then I avoid them.

You can find warning and suggestions to avoid almost anything if you search for such. But most of those warnings are basted on pseudo-science or are just tinfoil hat nonsense.
And that's why peer-reviewed journal published research is important.
