Ok, So for my entire life i have been eating what i want when i want.. so my body is soo used to eating bad foods.. having pop, and fast food... I Know it has to stop
The Only Problem, is I Need Some Tips to stay away from the temptation of "just that one cookie" or "why not take a foot long sub at subway for only another $1.00 Or so"
Is There anyone who used to have an issue with foods and over came it... Or Anything I Should Try..
On the + Side i have almost completely cut out soda, with the exception of some diet here and there.. but i gotta take soda out 100% !
I Eat REALLY Healthy, but then i find my self going into that temptation.. And I Know Its Not good! but i am so used to it, i just do it..
Any Help / Tips Would really be appreciated guys!

No need to eliminate diet soda, or subway, or "just one cookie".
Unless it's a trigger food and you binge.
You can eat "unhealthy" food on a daily basis. and there is no "bad" food, nor is there a "good" food. Certain foods just offer more nutrients than others.
I think you need to go read the stickies because everything you think you know about nutrition is wrong.

Yes, I use to think I had to eat "clean" and have 6 meals per day.
I overcame it via my kinesiology degree and reading a lot of the stickies in the nutrition section that helped educate myself....don't look at any food as a "bad" food. If there are some foods (triggers) that absolutely cause you to binge then sure cut them out.... at least for now. But, if you can enjoy foods in moderation and be satisfied with portion sizing then continue to eat what you want while remaining in your caloric and macro allowance

Stay away from trigger foods. For me, that's things like natural peanut butter, almond butter, cheez its, french fries. I can't eat those in moderation so I don't eat them often.
Other than that, buy a foot long sub and eat half now and half later, or eat teh whole damn thing and fit it into your macros. It's not hard at all.
You can eat just one cookie. People freak when they eat something like that. Hell, I ate some red hot pretzels and 2 whole grain pop tarts today and hit my calorie intake just fine. I wanted them so I ate them. I just adjusted the rest of my day. You want a cookie, eat it. Just eat one or 2 and fit it into your macros. All American EFX Rep
