try adding like 5-10g/daily and get close to 300 see what happens

Will do....ill be bumping them up this week. Ill run a few days at 300 and see what happens with my weight. A couple hundred extra cals on my low days wont be enough to notice except after several days though. Next saturday will be a good marker.

Just a thumbs up for you, 'cause that's about all I have time for right now. I thought "hey, I'll take two minutes to check in on my buddy" but the backlog of reading overwhelmed me and I broke into a cold sweat. And hives. So I'm just gonna say "hey" and "cool advertisement" and then check out. Word. I've got a few more weeks of construction mayhem and then I'm back in the office for the winter. Sigh...
