    over double bodyweight bench and just did 515 deadlift @160 down in lakeland florida,broke the state record which was 475@165.........i've benched 425 w/ a pause ....

    nonprohet,i just did the WABDL,but i have done APA mostly.i also do non-sanctioned meets .....

    rookie,i'm 5'8" bro....i 'm actually very lean for my height.i stay around 170-175 and keep bodyfat low so i can drop water and make 165 with early weigh-in.i also have been doing this for13-14 years man.....

    The reason for that is becasue when i first started lifting i neglected squat and dl and ive always had bench has my favorite. right now im trying to play catch up. lol. we have powerlifting competitions at our school and ive got tons of medals. only came in second once and that was my first ever comp puttin up 205 at about 135 b.w. peace guys

    im goin for a 385 at this years masters/juniors bench championship on dec 6th at a bw of 195..so that'll be almost double, ile be using a shirt though. my raw bench at the moment is 315 for a triple.
