My name is Alberto Nunez, I am a 27 year old WNBF Pro Bodybuilder. I last stepped off a bodybuilding stage more than two years ago, on August 2nd of 2008 to be exact. Such a great season it was in terms of me finally putting my foot down, and not just realizing my potential, but reaching and surpassing goals. It was a feeling I must confess was not familiar to me until then. The satisfaction, and yes even the degree of courage it takes to think up goals, and accomplish them despite the fact that times do get tough is now my addiction. I have a mountain to climb, and nothing is going to stop me....NOTHING! Its a steep one, but I know I can.

Point A

My offseason went well, I am healthy again and along with it I pushed my self to some new heights, and most of all learned so much. On paper it looks like this....

Goal Weight 160.0
Time Frame 28 Weeks(WNBF SOUTHERN NATURAL CHAMPIONSHIPS)
Weight Loss Goal 0.75-1.25lbs a week
