Been out of the game for a while, what is the best supplement on the market for size/muscle gain (thinking along the lines of Vitrix or Activate Xtreme)? Also, what is the best (safe) fat burner to come out in recent times?

There really isnt a "best" But I love the Dyamatize Xpand energised, ON 100% whey and ON optimen for muscle building. As for fat burners, Ive never used one so I cant help you there sorry.

I have used Spirodrene and rly like it a lot for a fat burner.

It is conveinent in that it is just a 1 a day pill, and you're set. Suppresses my appetite somewhat and improves my mood also.

OEP, Shred Matrix, i have used both with good results.

Lean Xtreme, recreate both good non/low stim based thermos for stacking.

AX+LX good for bulking or cutting. diet will decide which way you go --> cutting or bulking

non steroidal ? your out of luck brah .. your best bet is to take heroin 30 minutes pre work out then heroin again immediately post :P

stick to good high protien quality food , protien powder, creatine,multi vitamin,fish oil and pre work out drink
