    modern BCAA vs Probolic

    i kno i did a post with modern BCAA vs Xtend, but not my concern is not havig enough protein....would it be better to get probolic or modern bcaa for recovery, cuz im to the point where i workout monday, and im too sore to lift tuesday and wendsay..im alrdi taking jack3d and dark matter..culd it be my diet?

    but not your concern is not having enough protein? what?

    Modern BCAA has no protein in it. in my opinion, its overpriced and tastes foul. I like xtend a lot, but purple wraath is my personal favorite. just ordered some purple intrain which has a bit of carbs and protein in it, i've heard great things. i really dislike modern bcaa - decent profile, expensive pricetag, and disgusting IMO.
