Trying to Gain Weight But Losing Weight Instead

Just as the title says, I'm trying to gain weight but instead I'm losing weight for some reason. I am very much into kinesiology and fitness so I am pretty educated as to what I am doing but still I'm losing instead of gaining. Ironically, I am much stronger as I can lift much more than I could when I had begun working out. Also, people always comment that I look bigger and more muscular than before I had started working out but unfortunately the scale shows otherwise... I am not sure what I am doing wrong and I appreciate all the help I can get.

    Thank you for your time.

if you are looking bigger, more cut, and can lift more. why worry what the number is? women worry if the scale doesn't look perfect even if there body is improving. seems as if men are doing the same thing. . .go by how you look and feel instead of numbers on a scale.

um are you taking in enough calories man? make sure that your taking enough protein. If your trying to bulk then stick away from the cardio.
