Will try to attempt some sludge tonight! I'll make a small sample and one thats basic, considering what i have at home, ill make a sludge consisting of UPS Sustain Belgium Choc Protein, Cashew Butter (got Cashew Butter to try out, instead of PB), Almond milk.....so really simple. Doubt any pics will be needed due to its simplicity lol.
edit: Took a pic anyway, no volume at all really, but expected.
1 scoop UPS Sustain Belgium Choc Protein
1tbls Cashew Butter
Tiny bit of Almond milk to get right consistency
Bit of Cinnamon
Place in freezer for 10 mins

Triple Chocolate Proats w/ Strawberries
1 scoop ON Double Rich Chocolate
1 scoop BB.com 100% Casein Protein
2 TBS PB&C DCD
1 Cup Oats
topped with 1 cup fresh strawberries
Macros:
780 cals 86c/20f/64p
Not exactly 'sludge' but I put alot of water in to get a 'sludgy' consistency.

Frozen Peanut Butter Vanilla Sludge
6 TBSP (96g!) creamy PB
1 scoop ON vanilla ice cream (29g)
1/2 cup water
Froze for a few hours and took out 2-3 times to mix it up mid freezing
Macros: 21c/49f/48p

Guys can you use a blender to make these rather than a mixer? I'm asking because I don't have a mixer. I have something similar to this:

300g of pumpkin puree
1 scoop of your favorite casein
1/2 c of milk (i use unsweetened almond or coconut)
Then any other additions like sweetener, salt, cinnamon, etc.
Its basically like regular fluff just substitute 300g of pumpkin puree for the 300g of berries. I froze mine in an ice cube tray and defrosted in the microwave a bit before i crushed the cubes up in the bowl of my stand mixer. Ok someone point out where I went wrong with my fluff attempt(s).
Beat 4 egg whites to stiff peaks
Slowly add 40g ON casein
Slowly add 50ml milk
wasn't increasing in volume and was losing its fluffiness. Added 200g frozen blueberries (without chopping as I knew I had failed already) and ended up with a casein egg white paste with blueberries lol.Last edited by Ryanmckd; 03-03-2012 at 12:20 PM.

Peppermint Mocha Protein Fluff w/ Almonds
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp of xanthan gum (*optional)
Fluff that to maximum with crushed, blended ice cubes (1-2 cups)
Add peppermint extract & 1 TBSP of your favorite coffee grounds/instant coffee
Top w/ almonds if desired

Tropical Pineapple & coconut protein sludge
4 scoops optimum vanilla ice cream with enough water or milk/non-dairy milk to a sludge or pudding consistency
45g coconut oil in this particular one (high fat dessert)
200g fresh pineapple
coconut extract to taste (optional)
