idk, my package said 1 cup was 85 g so i just went with that. I don't know how much it changes when steamed though. I wouldn't figure one egg would make such a huge difference..it was barely edible. I might try again with your exact recipe though

You can use pancake mix still, if anything just beat in the broccoli with everything. It'll probably be even more "breadlike".

Not to spur up a big debate, but which flavor would you recommend after trying both Cinnamon Swirl and Peanut Butter Marshmallow?

@ Erik ----- ^^^^This, I was skeptical about the CNC, but oh my lawd is it unbelievable! Also, the SM is great too if you are wanting a non-chocolate flavor.. They are currently doing a deal on BB where you can buy three 2-lb. tubs & 30 serving C4 for $70.. Amazing deal!

Cinnamon swirl gets my vote between the two. Cinnamon swirl is awesome, but I would MUCH rather have trutein cinnabun or dymatize cinnamon bun for sludge. With that being said, I plan to never run out of cinnamon swirl for baking protein loafs, muffins, brownies, cheesecakes, pumpkin pies ect. Like Bob always says, cinnamon swirl is great for baking.

Thanks dude! Looking forward to my next tub once I get finished with my Cellucor cinnamon swirl. I definitely have to say that

Cellucor > trutein when it comes to baking.

    Regardless I love both brands.

    For me:Cinnamon Swirl/PBM>CnC>Strawberry Milkshake

Haven't tried the Choc or Vanilla but honestly all have been really good.
The CS and PBM are tied for the best IMO depending on what kind of mood I'm in

Right. I've tried/had both which was/is why I'm looking for the next best flavor, will most likely be ordering CnC. Thanks.

So damn good. They're bigger than you'd think, crunchy (harder than most cereals), but so very tasty.

So I'm about to finish up my PB Toast Crunch & Chocolate Fiber One cereals as mix-ins and am probably going to go with Reese's Puffs (which I've had plenty of times) & this new Cookis'N'Cream cereal. How is the Hershey's CNC cereal?

It's pretty good. It'd go great with a CNC protein, obviously, but it's unique. Softer than Reese's Puffs, for sure. Definitely worth a buy, especially if you're a big CNC fan

    It sure is...

Cellucor > trutein when it comes to baking.

    Regardless I love both brands.
Cellucor is much more cost effective and has much better pricing than trutein per serving, if you want it thicker use less water in sludge, or use more GY. Simple. Will save ya $$ in the end.

Cool, thanks for the input! Just seemed strange at first since I wasn't even aware of their existence before then.
