FFGY with frozen blueberries and a 100cal pack of Oreo Thin Crisps. I like how the frozen berries sort of quick-freeze the yogurt when mixing together.

been on a huge ice cream kick but decided to try this....my first bowl, impressed at how much you get for the same cals as b&j pint

base is 250g ffgy. 40g oats
mix ins include pina colada crystal light powder, 100g strawberries, 100g peaches. 16g coconut, 40g cinnimon toast crunch, a slice of toast, and 3 tbsp of peanutbutter and cinnimon. was deliciousBA in Nutrition Science

Pumpkin-cinnamon roll sludge with Dymatize Cinnamon Bun casein
Cinnamon raisin bagel thin, Kashi, cinnamon roll mini-wheat, Cinnabon cereal, peanuts, and a new mix-in: roasted sweet potato homemade gnocchi, the little bits with char on them are the gnocchi. I couldn't be bothered to boil the gnocchi and then pan-fry it, let it cool (besides, that would make it all oily), etc. so I just tossed them under the broiler for a couple minutes. All I have to say is that if you like the texture of dough in your sludge, then HNNNNNNNNG. Since the gnocchi are basically little dough balls, that's exactly how they turn out in the sludge. IrishPilot, get on this mix-in.

Vanilla-pumpkin sludge with Dymatize Vanilla Casein - so much better than I expected. The vanilla flavor is a lot stronger than I'd figured. Topped with mini Vitacake, bran cereal, Kashi, cinnamon raisin bagel thin, Kabocha squash, sweet potato gnocchi.

Dchan, what's your pumpkin:GY ratio? I just picked up some Libbys on sale yesterday and wanted to try a pumpkin sludge but last time I put in too much pumpkin and not enough cinnamon, any advice?

15 oz pumpkin to 6 oz GY (at uni), 8 oz in recent pics.
If you think the pumpkin taste is kind of strange (I don't, but I've tried Great Value pumpkin puree so that's kind of a moot point, do not recommend) then add a bit more protein powder or use a strong-tasting protein powder. Had some Dymatize Vanilla Casein last night, vanilla-flavor-of-peace (only one I've tried, but whatever).

Just recently started getting more into Post-Workout "junk-bowls".... Have always made sludge, but never really added any mix-ins. Getting more interesting now with them though, and it's pretty damn good lol.
Chocolate PB & Cinnabun Sludge with Kashi GoLean, Cinnamon Burst Cheerios, Apple Jacks, and an American Cameo apple as mix-ins.
Around 650 calories with about 80g protein, 65-70g carbs (good amount of fiber), and 7-8g of fatNASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist

New take on 'protein concoction'
The 'sludge turns' hard like ice magic (not sure what the equivlaent is in the US - Magic Shell perhaps?) - so damn good.
160c/50p/20f .. even has 12g fibre
Total 400g 98% FF ice cream
1 heaped scp Dymatize Xt fudge brownie made to a runny sludge
~20g M&M minis
~3/4c Milo cereal
~3/4c All-Bran Toppers
Half ice cream into bowl, add half the sludge, half m&m's and cereal, then repeat for second layer!
Bang!
Put in the freezer for an additional 5 min to make the XT sludge turn to 'ice magic'

kashi go lean crunch, yoplait yogurt, cookies and cream whey protein, ff cottage cheese, and crushed up frosted mini cookies.. it was yummy!
macros were about 650 cals, 15 fat, 100 carbs, and 60 proteintired of being fat, time to lose weight and exercise.. my progress!
