Wow! First off im surprised to see ppl actually look into my journal haha, second im even more surprised to see a comment like this!
I agree I don't like how everyone preaches only 5x5 compounds with minimal isolations for noobies but a chest and arms is what people want. My legs always outgrew my upper body and I was tired of being strong but barely looking like i lifted.
