    Sure, why not.

Oats are great too. So is Ezekiel cereal.

Eat what you like and just fit within your nutritional scheme.

    Hell yea, dude.

Kashi cereals are great for you. You'll be hard-pressed to find more protein in a cereal. Lots of fiber, too, but that's helpful for an entirely different kind of bulk. heh.

Right. So in that case, read all of the stickies.

    Twice.

You'll then have a nutritional plan.

    Poop.

Fiber's vital for proper regulation of your digestive tract, it lowers your cholesterol levels, and it also causes sugar to be released into your blood more slowly, so it doesn't turn to fat before you get a chance to use it. Most people get about half the fiber they should be, and a bowl of Kashi has about 30-35% of what you need.

the new go lean, I eat it probably 3-4 times a week, 13g of protein per 140 calories (1 cup), can't beat that protein/calorie ratio with much for breakfast besides eggs.

My breakfast for the past week has been 1.5 servings of Kashi go lean, milk, and Greek yogurt mixed in maybe with some whey added. Man, never had a tastier breakfast.

    Yeah kashi makes good cereal.

Seriously have the same breakfast almost every morning. Except I put a half scoop of whey into my oatmeal instead. Great taste and you'll be full for several hours.
