You think this could have something to do with the BB lifestyle? This didn't really happen before I got serious about lifting/diet/supps.

I agree with these especially the fapping. Day afterward and day of fapping I don't wanna talk to anyone and am awkward and not myself. Also, I think diet may be another cause if eating unhealthy. I also feel off for a day or two after a heavy night of drinking.
Helpful IMO:
-fish oil
-vitamin d3
-exercise
-doing productive things in your life (for me that means applying for better jobs, cleaning, being social, etc.)

my personal opinion:
-rest days are terrible, terrible days. add ****ty weather and some things to piss you off and you got a **** day
-workout days you feel like zeus himself and could slay anything in a 5000 mile radius, nothing at all can dampen your alphaness
this sound about right? except sometimes i turn beta even on workout days im pretty sure hrmmmm

yea its not that tho, thats fine if you dont want to and you wanna focus on your goals certain times
im talkin about when you want to be as alpha and sociable, personable etc.. as you have been in prior similar situations and for some unknown reason your body betrays u
ex. at work one day acting alpha and sociable, black knighting bishes into wantin to suck my cawk
at work a few days later, having conversation with same bishes, and not being able to communicate properly, being awkward, unable to display emotion, and getting pity from ppl due to betaness

Same here. I think it's common.
Alcohol and even pre-WOs have a negative effect. A lot of us use alcohol as a crutch for confidence. After a night of drinking, we have to re-adjust to being confident on our own. Same thing with pre-WOs, to a lesser extent. When I'm amped up on caffeine or DMAA, I tend to be more vocal, outgoing, and aggressive. When I come down from it, I'm at lower than normal confidence levels.
I went 3-4 months once with no stimulants and no alcohol. I wasn't balls-out confident like I would be on a substance, but I had a steady level of confidence and did a lot of things I wouldn't normally do. It also allowed me to work on my confidence effectively since I wasn't depending on any outside sources for artificial confidence.

Kind of or sometimes. It's not as extreme as bipolar though. I usually know what triggers it or have a good reason for it..but other times I don't and it makes me feel worse. There is also a connection with caffeine for me. It doesn't make me hyper but I function at work better when talking to people.

i have this problem too
i think its mostly due to low self esteem and self consciousness. many use bodybuilding to increase their self esteem which might explain why so many ppl on here have the same problem
does anyone here smoke weed? i was a huge pothead since hs but i started getting bad highs two years ago and this problem got worse for me
