Yea my original plan was to do nothing and just enjoy the day with the fam. Seeing as I switched one of my lifting days from saturday to yesterday, I am able to take the day off. Knowing me though I will get bored at some point and go for a light jog lolOriginally Posted by addictR3

Let us know what you did, I am guilty of killing myself on the bike haha, I just rode 5 hours and now I am ready to do some cooking with the family.. Making creme brulees tonight!

With all the festivities and waking up to freezing weather and a white snowy Christmas, (rare for Nashville, Tennessee), just decided I would relax and let my mind and body be free today. A couple days out of the year won't kill my progress I guess, and this day with the family is too awesome to spend worrying about how many grams of protein or fat or carbs I took in!!! lol
Hope you folks are killin some good eats!!!
Enjoy your families! Life is too short. Christmas #3 without my Pops so I know first hand.
