Keep going man! what have you planned for christmas? I know you said the gym was closed so maybe some light cardio?- If you can't explain it simply, then you don't understand it well enough.

With all the festivities and waking up to freezing weather and a white snowy Christmas, (rare for Nashville, Tennessee), just decided I would relax and let my mind and body be free today. A couple days out of the year won't kill my progress I guess, and this day with the family is too awesome to spend worrying about how many grams of protein or fat or carbs I took in!!! lol
Hope you folks are killin some good eats!!!
Enjoy your families! Life is too short. Christmas #3 without my Pops so I know first hand.
MERRY CHRISTMAS! back at it tomorrow! L'goooooo!

Sorry to hear about your Pop. I am sure he is having a Christmas feast none the less up there! Well let us know how everything is going? Maybe get a camera too and post some food porn haha that always attracts more people. And start ranting about lifes problems and also the good times
Anyways stay safe man, and dont freeze!- If you can't explain it simply, then you don't understand it well enough.
