    Feeling unmotivated to start cutting.. :(

    im about 197lbs. i think around 10-12% BF. and 6'2

    I really need some help to get the abs ready for this summer!

    can anyone give me some cutting advice, and good ways to be very strict about a diet?

    Anything helpful to burn fat.

    any dietting advice? Recipes? :\ i love food lol

    Try a different route and try interval training.

    Outweigh your calorie current calorie intake with energy expenditure in the gym through cardio machines.

    I know some good interval training methods, let me know if you want them.

    well if you are prepping for SUMMER then you don't really have to cut yet. You can do a very clean slow 300-500 above maintenance bulk and lose a bit of fat and gain a little muscle for the next few months, then start prepping for summer 2-3 months out.

    Just think how much better you will feel if you start nw, the last thing you want is to keep putting it off and off and once summer gets here you look back realizing all the time wasted that could have spent training and how you'll see other people who pushed and worked harder while you did nothing. Motivation has to come from the inside, be your own motivation.
