Hey vican, can you post a video of your 390 raw squat? I've never seen a squat that high come out of 21" thighs. (Not questioning, just curious...)
In 2006 I was a Starting Strength success story, gaining 30 pounds of muscle and hitting 400/300/500 over seven months. Then excuses happened and my interests shifted. I made a pathetically short-lived attempt at a comeback eight months later, but that didn't last. That was nearly six years ago. I'm now 27 and am back for another shot at things. Follow my log and watch me (hopefully) get hella strong again!

sure lol as soon as i can do it again...lol ive been stuck in school for about an hour after school everyday the past few weeks...but ill be able to lift again after today...my squat is prolly down to like 360...but sure...i have a meet in a week...ill prolly attempt around 380 390 there...np (as far as the thighs that was measured like a 4-6 months ago idk how much bigger they are but there much stronger.. lol ill get my measurements updated also)

At the moment the most I've tried for 1 rep is 280lbs. Hopefully it will go up once I've been on Rippetoe's for a few months.
