500gr. FF GY + banana whey + 100gr. frozen raspberries + tiny drop vanilla extract.
After mixing I put it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, raspberries were melted in the mix.. insanely good tasting!

Didn't have much room for anythign else in the omelete since it was just egg whites due to the 96g of carbs and 20g of fat I got from the icecream, so I used 50g of broccoli and 450g of egg whites to fill the gap.
My other prebed WHOLE egg omelets are packed, and I got a huge bowl of popcorn and froyo along with thatJust a weight lifter

My first time folding in stiff egg whites into my pancake batter and I will never go back to any other method. Most of the recipes I've seen on the net don't ask you to do this but I saw it on food network the other day. Tried it and it came out god-like. The topping is a vanilla, nutmeg whip cream I made fresh. I always have a carton of whipping cream on hand for occasions such as this.
Everything in this is made from scratch minus the maple syrup and chocolate morsels.

Any bread ideas? I'm in the mood to cook up some bread. All I can think of is carrot bread since I've made banana bread and pumpkin/apple is used in other meals for me.

banana bread cookies:
3 ripe bananas; mashed
2 1/2 cups oats
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
-just throw everything in the the bowl at the same time, mix and let sit in the fridge for 15.
- bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes
*the "dough" is EXTREMELY sticky so if you know of a way to keep the oats from sticking to your hands, do that. I didn't though, and it worked out fine.
nutella cookies:
1 1/2 sticks of butter; softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup nutella
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/8 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
recipe calls for 12oz chocolate chips, but I didn't want to buy them and they turned out great anyway
- cream butter until fluffy, add sugars and nutella. mix well
- add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla
- sift dry ingredients together, then mix in slowly until fully combines.
- fold in chips if using
- refrigerate for about 10 minutes
- bake on parchment paper or tinfoil lined sheets at 350 for 10-12 minutes.Last edited by IronEnergy; 03-27-2011 at 09:36 AM.
