    Pumpkin Pie Milkshake......in a bowl lol. (didnt have a big enough cup)

    100g FFGY
    1 pint Vanilla Arctic Zero
    1C Almond milk
    1/4 DaVinci Pumpkin Pie syrup
    pumpkin pie spice
    cinnamon
    1tsp guar gum

    I dont know if it was the large dinner an hour prior or too much guar gum but I BARELY was able to finish this thing. Beyond bloated. Wish I made this during prep cuz I was full and thats saying a lot.

    The volume for macros is rediculous....

    costs almost double the amount as in the US here but I still will get one
    I make pasta/pizza so often that it is def worth it anyway, the vegetable slicer looks cool, meat grinder is worth a consideration too
    thoughts on that sausage addon? making your own sausage sounds awesome

    Yea, it can be an expensive fish... I think I got that steak I posted for just over $4, closer to $4.50 maybe. It's packed with protein though which is great.

    I don't really eat steak though so tuna steak is my replacement...
