For dessert I made.....
Pumpkin Pie Milkshake......in a bowl lol. (didnt have a big enough cup)
150g pumpkin
100g FFGY
1 pint Vanilla Arctic Zero
1C Almond milk
1/4 DaVinci Pumpkin Pie syrup
pumpkin pie spice
cinnamon
1tsp guar gum
I dont know if it was the large dinner an hour prior or too much guar gum but I BARELY was able to finish this thing. Beyond bloated. Wish I made this during prep cuz I was full and thats saying a lot.
The volume for macros is rediculous....

It still should be good if you not over doing it and don't want to spend that much but here are some meat grinders on my list
http://www.amazon.com/Waring-MG-800-...699973&sr=1-14
That should be able to grind your whole family
the only reason I know about meat grinders is this

Emma Bowl - Crispex, dove bunny, starburst jelly beans, whey, skim milk
Salt of The Earth
Beef Tartare w/marrow, quail egg, peanuts, aji amarillo sauce.
liked the gaminess the marrow added but wasn't the best tartare I've had.
chicken on carrot puree, black rice, malt, nettles, fiddleheads
always good, but not close to the best chicken entree I've had here.
