Last nights Juicy Lucys were so good I had to do a repeat tonight... 8oz beef each.

This time crumbled bacon/chedder on the inside of both. Also mixed in onions/green chilis into the pattys. Pleasant suprise with each and every bite.

Hard to see the bacon through the cheesy goodness

    Gotta get my greens

Emma Bowl - Crispex, dove bunny, starburst jelly beans, whey, skim milk

    Salt of The Earth
Beef Tartare w/marrow, quail egg, peanuts, aji amarillo sauce.

liked the gaminess the marrow added but wasn't the best tartare I've had.

chicken on carrot puree, black rice, malt, nettles, fiddleheads

always good, but not close to the best chicken entree I've had here.

Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

Please don't quote pics, especially not if you're doing it when there's not a single post in between.

Those are some nice buns, tho!

Yea, it can be an expensive fish... I think I got that steak I posted for just over $4, closer to $4.50 maybe. It's packed with protein though which is great.

I don't really eat steak though so tuna steak is my replacement...
