When I'm not on keto, I'm on vacation. Partying almost every night, and meeting beautiful and interesting people all the time. Its a bunch easier when I'm not spending 1-2hrs a day working out, and another hour preparing and managing my meals.

When I carb up I feel like a freakin' boss actually. Limitless energy while on keto, great mental clarity, etc. But on carb up I feel like I could rip through a wall.
