is there any way you can train your pancreas via diet and supplements to intake large amounts of carbs (200-250g) w/o getting side effects of glucoses (bloated, puffiness, brain fog, high blood sugar, etc.)
I can only tolerate 40g of carbs or so before i get these sides.. thanks

Your pancreas does not take in carbohydrates. It releases insulin and glucagon, among other things.
A prolonged ketogenic diet will enhance insulin sensitivity, and/or correct an already present insulin resistance if kept to consistently. Be aware that when carbs are reintroduced, you will eventually go back to genetic insulin sensitivity levels; I highly recommend having a "keto season" and a "bulking season.""I kept looking in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of heaven one like a Son of Man was coming, and He came up to the Ancient of Days and was presented before Him. And to Him was given dominion, glory and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations and men of every language might serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion which will not pass away; and His kingdom is one which will not be destroyed."
