    Reasons Ketostix should be used.

Not very many just my own personal opinoin.

    1. It's Science
    2. It's proof I'm doing it right
    3. It proves that artificial sweetners are not fooling my body
    4. What a great motivation seeing results is, even when losing weight may plateu for a while.
    5. Now I can gauge my diet (what does and doesn't work)

I was positive last night also...I'll be checking on Mondays and Thursdays going forward.
    I was skinny once...once.

    When does weight loss start?

I've been in ketosis (even though I've had some negative stick results) for over a month now. I've been exercising for 2 weeks and I'm upto an 8 minute jog pre and post P90X videos, yet I can't shake 240.

I expected to see that early morning weight around 235 after the first week (I was running 5 pre and post video).

On a fish day my calorie intake is at 1700 on an all pork day it's 2500.

I haven't had soda since I started exercising, just powerade zero and tea.

Anyone have answers? Is my body in storage mode, or squishy fat mode...why won't my scale MOVE???

I am looking forward to that. Tomorrow will be day 3, and I am excited to get some juice. I am not doing stix, just relying on bad breathe and energy. This is the first time I have tried something so extreme, and it is just to jump start me and give my body a shock. But if it works I feel like I have struck gold!!!

My diet is based on the meat in the freezer, and what was dinner last night is the next couple days lunch.

I'm not about to eat the exact samething everyday. I'm burning 600 Calories a day with exercise so I'm never over 1900 calories a day.

    see below:

    BMI of 37
    Maintenance: 2712 Calories/day
    Fat Loss: 2170 Calories/day
    Extreme Fat Loss: 1920 Calories/day
