    Training Chest after shoulder day

What are your views on training Chest the day after you've trained Shoulders? I know I would never train delts after pectorals, since my anterior delts are always very sore and fatigued after chest sessions, but, on the other hand, my delts are never sore after shoulder workouts, even though I hit them hard. So I was wondering, if your delts are not sore at all and feel fine the day after having trained shoulders, would it be fine to train chest on that day? Or would your delts still be fatigued, even thouhg you can't feel it?

You use a lot of anterior delts on chest day, assuming you are doing various presses. Even though they might not be sore, they still have to recover. To me, it is pointless to train the two so close together, throw back or leg day in the middle of them and separate. Or take a day off, just my opinion though.

Don't use soreness as an indicator. Bench presses are quite heavy on the anterior delts so regardless of whether you feel sore or not, they did get a lot of pounding on your shoulder day and hence should get more rest. Either combine the two days or move them further apart.
    Strength + Speed = Power

If you never fail, you aren't truly pushing yourself to the limit. If you never push yourself to the limit, how do you know what you're truly capable of?

Thanks for your input guys. I usually leave 1 day between shoulder and chest sessions. That's what I'll do now as well.
