Flag football is no joke, I played in a competitive league in Boston and getting blocked at full tilt with no pads don't feel to good.

If the NFL are going to get this pathetic they should use high speed cameras to get clearer video of what really happens.

Look at the motion the ref does at 43secs....The rules say YOU CANT DO THAT!!!!! It also hit his head.

The reason he got fined was because he put a forearm to the back of his head/neck

Now the hit look a lot worse live then it did in slow motion. Live it looked like suh hit him in the back of the head. Slow mo he hit maintly the bottom of the helmet/neck.

Either way it don't matter if your a QB/RB/WR ect, your not allowed to forearm someone in the back of the head. Just like your not allowed to close line them.

I'm not a fan of all this fining. If you can't take a legitmate hit, don't play football. And I'm no Cutler fan.

Suh cocked the forearm and delivered a classic martial-arts type blow to the back of the head/neck. Practiced the same shot a million times in class. Not legal on a football field, or on the street.
