Does anyone have any experience with eating as healthy and good as possible while on the road? I’m flying out from EC to WC and stay there for 3-6 weeks each time. I’m moving from hotel to hotel and the only equipment I have is
- a little cooling bag (can store 2 breads)
- Fridge at hotel
- micro at hotel
- warm water at hotel
My budget is around 3k a month.
Until now I’ve made bread sandwiches - cheese, ham and lettuce - to have on the road. I see that I lack in protein and try to find cheap, convenient and good ways to get my protein in. Do you have any suggestions?
I eat eggs and what ever meat the hotel serves for breakfast every morning and try to train at Planet fitness (lol because they have the most locations on WC, don’t judge) or at the hotel when possible

Oats, hard boiled eggs, cheese, canned chicken/meats, sardines are all cheap and easy to store/prep.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
