I eat Smucker's chunky natty PB:
Fat - 16g
Carbs - 6g
Protein - 7g
Ingredients: Peanuts, salt.

This. When I'm not buying TJ's natty pb I get it at our local co-op (think health food store) - they have a grinder so you can grind fresh right there. Whole Foods does this too. At the co-op it's like $2.79/lb, pretty nice deal.Originally Posted by desslok

Pb&co dark choc dreams and cinn raisin swirl are two of the nicest things ever. I've tried white choc wonderful a couple of times now and I honestly cannot taste the white chocolate, I dno it disappointed me

Naturally more is the best PB in the world, I go through like 3 jars a week (bulking) the Almond butter they make rocks too but has 6 more grams of fat per serving
