Hello! I've been lurking around for a while on this site and have signed up now I'm 3 days into P90X (I know some of you hate it - more on that later!).
Here's some pictures anyway from day 1 of this journey. Hopefully they will be nothing like what you will be seeing in 90 days!
So obviously my goals here are mainly fat loss. However, I think I'm going to go for getting some definition in my back and I really hope for a 6-pack! (Not too worried about my arms yet, I will be joining my local gym for bigger weights for my arms etc. after the 90 days if everything goes to plan).
Here's some info regarding my diet too if you'd like to help out with that: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post588525923
I would love if you guys have some additional motivation for me, as I'm posting these pics here to give me something to prove (having you guys see me in my current state will hopefully motivate me to prove myself and get some results!)
I'm free to talk on here so if you want to ask some questions in this thread or even message me (I have it set so I will be emailed if you message me) I will happily respond.
Thanks for reading and see you in 30 and 90 days!

So from now on, for these types of posts, grab email addresses to hound the drop offs?
I wonder how many come on here, ask for motivation or advice getting over gym nerves, then dissapear... I know a few PT's that ahve a 70% frop off within 6 weeks (but they deserve it being a one size fits all style PT) I think internet advice would be higher drop off rate wouldn't it?
