The biggest secret in life is not that we go through life discovering ourselves but that we go through life creating our selves. Think about that.

While I want to say "This ^" desperately...
@ OP, you need to rest. Your body will not progress without it. You need to train, get rest and eat well. Training everyday will eventually lead to taxing your CNS. It is a general rule that you wait 48-72 hours between muscle groups to allow them to recuperate. Everyone is different and can work things harder or maybe have to take it easy.
Can you work out every day? Yes. Do you want to? No.~ Infinite Labs Rep

Really depends on the person. But I believe during a bulking cycle, rest is a MUST. During my current bulk I lift hard (pretty much to failure everyday) 5 days a week and then rest it up for 2 days. Your muscle still grows as you rest, it needs to heal from the exercises you did to tear it up. During a cut you can push it to lifting/cardio 6x a week, possibly even every single day. Since you're trying to burn as much fat as possible. But for me, I would only workout a max of 6x a week. I need a rest day so I don't pass out or something from over exhaustion.

Working out everyday would stimulate a better endurance for muscle growth and yet improves muscle memory, but I'm still not particularly sure about over training and ****. My workouts are done everyday but I cut em into short bits throughout the day. I also do have proper workouts from 45 to 60 minutes.

It depends on the person and the routine but it should be ok if you're getting enough rest and nutrition...AND you are not over-exerting yourself over a long period of time.
I go to the gym every morning in order to keep a daily routine but at one point I was over-training with not enough rest and it eventually lead to stalling and injuries.

It all depends how you look at it. If your getting results, enough sleep, solid nutririon and liatining to your body its all right. Try it for 8 weeks thwn switch to 4 or5 days were you workout.

Personally, I love to train everyday. But I work in a gym. So split routines are impossible to avoid for me. Love training and can never get enough.
I take a week off at Christmas time and 1 or 2 weeks off for holidays.
Thats it.
Other tan that, everyday, never had a problem with overtraining."The Gym Is My Crucible. Iron And Steel Are The Beast I Bend To My Will"
