    Animal PM...time to rest and recover

    hello everyone on bb.com...this is my first log and i wanted to say thank you to Animal for selecting me to log Animal PM.

    Last nite I took my first dosage.

    I took a week off of training to let my body recover. I do 3 months on...one week off

    So yesterday was my first day back with Upper body and cardio.

    My first experience with Animal PM was I was able to get a solid 8 hours of sleep. Didnt experience any tossing and turning, which usually is a major factor.

    I woke up feeling fresh and ready for my day at work.

    Interested as a follow logger. I believe you should space out your final casein shake(i eat cottage cheese prebed) and Animal PM. I would have your shake, wait 30 min, then have the Animal PM.

    I workout at night and drink a lot of water between 6pm-10pm when i usually go to bed. So yes, i end up waking up and having to pee. lol

    last nite was a interesting nights sleep...took PM round 1030...passed out around 11. unfortunatly i workout at night, cause i drink alot of water causing me to do some bathroom breaks while sleeping.

    last night i had about three bathroom breaks but it was weird because when i wokeup to go to the bathroom...i was like refreshed...as if it was time to go to work.

    luckily i was able to fall back asleep, but it waas a weird feeling

    also my dreams felt like they were very detailed and i was able to remember them all and i felt like i have ALOT of different dreams last nite.

    i feel good right now though here at work...so a success

    another good night's sleep...really sucks though keep having to wakeup in the middle of the night to pee...idk how to fix this problem. i drink most of my water close to night time...im sure my sleep would be even better if i didnt have this problem

    atleast i wake up feeling very refreshed

    very weird this morning when i woke up...i just sat there and thought about the dreams that i had that night.

    i cant believe how detailed they were and how i still rememeber them.

    isnt there something like your not supposed to be able to read in dreams? well i was able to read very clearly.

    idk its just so weird to me how vivid and real my dreams seem to be

    Last nites sleep was pretty good...very detailed dreams...actually had sexual dreams, they were very intense and real...it was greatttt.

    had suchhhhhhh a long day yesterday because I am now coaching a girls softball team...didnt have time for the gym, just got home...ate dinner...took pm...

    passed out by 930...wokeup around 3...went back to bed til 7

    wokeup tired...didnt feel like getting out of bed, but once i did it was all good.

    my dreams once again...very real as usual. its just so cool that some pills can do that to you

    sorry i havent had a chance to update lately...been very busy but still taking my Animal PM.

    Unfortunatly I still have not been able to sleep very well even while on PM.

    May be due to the fact that I keep waking up to go to the bathroom...not sure...just havent had a consistent 8 hours of sleep in a while...really sucks

    How many times do you get up at night?


    I usually try to stop drinking water 30 min before bed. And pee at least once before bed and sometimes like 30 min later if i cant fall asleep yet, then im usually good to sleep at least 4 hours before having to go again.

    Why cant you sleep good lately? Personal issues? Are you doing a preworkout at night with a lot of caffeine and 1,3 dimeth. If i take jack3d or anything else with 1,3 it screws up my sleep schedule for at least a week.

    i get up about 3 times to pee...rarely ill take jack3d...idk sleep just hasnt been consistent

    the only real effect ive noticed from PM are very clear dreams...like they seem way too real

    Have you adjusted your water intake in the few hours before bed?

    my sleep has gotten a little bit better...the one def good thing about PM is the recovery, I feel like I am less sore than I previously was before.

    half way through PM and my thought are very positive...i wish it would help me sleep more but the recovery and feelin fresh upon waking up is great

    half way through PM and my thought are very positive...i wish it would help me sleep more but the recovery and feelin fresh upon waking up is great

    its been three days, just wanted to state, sleeping has gotten better considering work has been a little less stressful...

    unfortunatly a supplement cant really help with work, lol

    dreams still very vivid...recovery is excellent!!!

    it amazes me how a few pills can change dreams...the dreams i have are way to real, to the point were i wake up and wonder if it really happened.

    had a good sleep last nite, took the pm around 10 and was passed out around 1130...got up aabout 2 times to pee but managed to fall back asleep

    woke up with alot of energy, really felt refreshed

    Why do you drink so much water in the evening ? I workout in the evening and drink alot of water but I go once before bed then when I wake up. How much you actually drinking ?

    Are you able to wake fairly easy from an alarm with PM ? Something I was skeptical about with REDuction but was able to wake to an alarm and feel fine

    EDIT: Do a nights workout without Jack3d see if thats why you are up to go to the toilet

    I drink alot of water throughout the day and sweat alot when working out, so i drink alot of water while training...for some reason i still wakeup about twice a night to go pee.

    I am able to wakeup easily from my alarm...and i normally feel refreshed.

    I dont always take jack3d..i normally do if i manage to workout by 4pm...otherwise i will take a black cat
