Hello,
I've been "bulking" for around 8 months now, I've been following a diet plan that my ex trainer did for me (attachment). Anyways, I have been gaining muscle BUT I have also been gaining fat. What can I do to continue bulking BUT try to control the fat gains? On days I dont lift weights I just do cardio for like 25 minutes, should I increase cardio? Eat less? I could eat less but that would mean that my muscle gains would also slow down... please help me!!

disagree. u can gain muscle with out a tremendous amount of calories increase, which means he can slowly increase the cals and workout hard and gain lean muscle mass if he is doing cardio he will lose body fat athletes use this method all the time. however this is a much slower approach to bulking as where over eating dramatically will bulk u quicker however most gains will indeed be fat % increases.

Unless he is a beginner or on drugs, it is almost impossible to build a significant amount of muscle while losing fat. Just not gonna happen.
