    Crackers and Cheese good for bulking?

    Hey, Folks.

    So I'm bulking up a bit right now, and I had a quick questions: Sometimes I get the munchies and I crave crackers and cheese. Are these a pretty good snack item for bulking? Any input would be very appreciated. Thanks a lot

    yeah definitely. multigrain or whole grain crackers would be best though

    yeah they are fine. The main goal is to make sure you eat more calories than you burn. Whether you get it from pizza or extra steak, doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.
