    going on a 6 week diet to get ripped. Before Pics

    Hey, i finally decided to buckle down and get on a good diet. Im going to do it for 6 weeks and see what kind of transformation i can make. Ive been working out for a while but never really cared what i ate. Im also adding in more ab exercises/cardio. Heres the before pics.

    Whats up? Just killing time here. Saw you thread. I would venture to say your pretty lean already from your pics. Body fat around 10-12%? What's the game plan with your diet now? Limiting carbs and calorie intake at this point?

    thanks guys. Yeah im cutting carbs/calories. All meals consist of chicken breast ,sweet potatoes, and oatmeal with little to no cheating.

    you might be able too get 380lbs or so
    im 6ft 200lbs and when i was repping 315lbs 10times
    i bench 410lbs

    im currentelly beching 295lbs 10 times ans getting a 1 rep max of 390lbs
    you might be able too.....your perty cut the abs and lines might get slightly
    better w diet but not much and you might loose overall power??

    Lookin lean already dude, no point in dieting for 6 weeks unless you just want to see how lean you can get. I'd focus on putting on some size because you have a solid frame to begin with and with your low set-point for bodyfat it would appear you could get pretty swole while staying relatively lean.

    i guess i wouldnt exactly say im cutting, i just switching from eating whatever(pizza,ice cream,desert) to watchiing everything i eat. im still eating a lot of food. The main reason behind this was because in 6 weeks im going to the caribean and me and my brother have a bet going to see who can be the most ripped by then lol

    Dude - you are gonna be shredded and very vascular if you eat clean for 6 weeks. What little fat you have will disappear - just keep hitting the weights as well during this time so you don't loose any size. (PS - wish I had that metabolism!!! I gotta eat DEAD CLEAN just not to gain any more fat!)

    If i was at 10% bf like i would say your close to i would eat alot of clean calories and bulk until middle march forsure. If you where able to put 5-7 lbs of new muscle on at 10 to 12%bf you would look crazy ripped then man.
