What is your daily ratio or Protein / Carbs / Fats? When are you having most of your carbs? Also how long have you been on this new diet?

When I changed my diet to a low carb high fat diet the first week was insanely hard and I was suffering from headaches and loss of energy. However on the 7th day I had a high carb day and since then it's been alot easier. I make sure I have the majority of my carbs in my first meal and post workout shake, and then a small amount of carbs (usually fruit) pre-workout. That really helps with the loss of energy.

if you're not comfortablyon a low carb diet, then don't do a low carb diet. Or you can research keto if u want.

We need a lot more information about you. There could be lots of reason your energy levels are low, nutrition is only one of them.
