    Question Uneven back muscles

    Hello Everyone

I wonder if anyone can help me. I took a picture of my back yesterday and I can see that one side of my upper back is not as developed as the other side. Is there anything I can do to even them out? I normally use dumbbells as I want to train each side of my body the same as the other to try and get good symmetry (Obviously didn’t work!). Should I train the side that’s lagging more? Or heavier? Or shall I just leave it and hope it sorts itself out!?

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated

    Thanks,
    Stevie xx

If you don't notice a difference in the gym when doing unilateral work, then it could be the way you are posing. Or even the lighting. If there is an imbalance, then unilateral work is the answer. Any exercise that requires one-arm at a time sets will help.
