    Loose skin on keto?

I have a lot of bodyfat and hardly any muscle (i have trouble benching 20kgs.. srs) and im 15,150lb and 5"9

So i started keto (CKD) 3 days ago, but im wondering... if i rapidly lose weight, will my skin become loose and flabby? I also plan to bulk after 2 months of keto

Also, since im cutting at the moment on keto, i know i wont be able to make muscle but will i still be able to increase my strength?

    thanks

Loose skin is higly individual. I don't think keto will make the chance of you getting it higher than any other way to lose weight.

I cannot really see how somebody who weighs 150lbs will have a "flabby" skin problem after cutting.

First off, your 15. Make sure you dont cut your calories too drastically low because you are still growing. Next, you probably havent been overweight too long so you skin should bounce back quite nicely, I on the other hand have to work my butt off.
ED got me, ill be darned if it gets anyone else.

i lost about 40lbs (170 to 130 in a few months) when i was your age very quickly & had no flab or loose skin at all, the younger you are the less of an issue it is & serious loose skin problems only show up when you're losing 50+lbs i think, & even then it will eventually shrink in most cases.

if you havnt trained much before you'll definitely make strength and some mass gains while cutting on any diet.
