Did you say pumpkin cheesecake?? Got a good recipe? I'd murder some of that right about now. I tried the pumpkin in oatmeal thing once but it didn't rock my world...today though, I put PB in and holy crap, who knew that would be such a good combo?
That's hilarious that you get kool-aid from the US. Drives me nuts when I see great food products availalbe there that we can't get here...everytime I'm near a Trader Joe's I load up my car like I'm stocking a bunker...Goal: Peace, love & happiness...and arms that go bump in the night.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Not even hockey. I needed a rest day, so I took one. I did however bake those pumpkin cheesecake bars and protein cookies. YUM.
I will get pics of the cookies up asap. There will be NO picks of the pumpkin bars. They turned out looking more like a big pile of pumpkin crap .... but they tasted yummy. Lulz

Thanks hon! Delts are a super weak point for me ... I'm hoping to bring them up as much as I can with this program .. they just don't seem to wanna grow / get stronger I will blast the crap outta them until it happens though!

145 was pretty easy ... struggled a bit with the last rep, but I was going full ROM / ATG so I'm happy. Next round I'll up my lower body number by 10lbs and then calculate the percentages. I want 185 ATG to 10 .... eventually
Today is Bench day. My favorite day by far, and I have to do my run as well.
