I usually hang out in Derek Charlebois' Contest Prep section where I got my start in bodybuilding back in 2006. I've learned a ton from the Team Scivation crew, and have met the most incredible people!! I recognize quite of few of you also, and I hope to make many more new friends as I continue on my journey.
I decided to start a new log here with hopes of surrounding myself with some STRONG A@@ WOMEN!! So far, things are looking good! I can't believe some of the weight you girls are moving! Incredible! I am fired up and ready to SMASH some more PRs!
ABOUT MO
I have been fat, then fatter, then really fat! My lowest weight was 133ish back in 2008, but I didn't have much muscle. My goal now is stage ready by April 2011 -- or there abouts! I have tons of support, and Emma-Leigh in my corner ….what else could a girl ask for! I'll take this opportunity to say THANKS to Emma for putting up with all my crap and for being a great friend and trainer! PS - once I figure out what time it is in AUS, I'll stop bombarding you with questions at 3AM! Tee hee.

Mo's Max Lifts (For statistical purposes) LOL
Ok, so I don't exactly remember the time frames, and I'm too lazy to look up the dates from past threads, but here are my best lifts .. give or take a few pounds (on the bar, and on my a$$)
Flat BB Bench: 175 x 1
BB Deadlift: 245 x 2 (Off the floor)
Rack Deadlift: 315 x 2
Pullups: BW x 7 (Wide grip, unassisted)
BB Back Squat: 245 x 4 (ROM could have been better, but still) *wink*
BB Front Squat: 175 x 2
Incline DB Press: 70s x 7
Seated DB Shoulder Press: 60 x 3
Goal #1: Make the girl in my avatar look OBESE!
Goal #2: Beat all of the above lifts!

I feel like the only kid on the playground who got a snack pack in their lunch box by being the first one in.
And sheesh...I mean...srsly Major.....TOTAL SLACKER. Not like she's got stuff going on.

Cardio only today. Did a 45 min run/walk on the tread, burned 271 calories ... according to my Precor Feeling good, but throat is a little sore .... crossing my fingers that it passes! Getting sick is the last thing I need right now.

Hello!!
Been a busy weekend, and I am not feeling well at all BUT .. it's almost Christmas and that my favorite time of the year! I just need a few days of sleeping for 18 hours, and I'll be back in no time! I've also been dosing Vit C like crazy and getting in all my good nutrients .. hopefully this will pass soon and I can get back to slamming legs!!
Was 148 even this AM after breakfast <-- good sign!
This thread is lacking nudez and food porn ... I'll try to get some pics up soon so we know what we're working with here....

And I found this one in my OBF contest pics folder. This was last Winter .. I think. Do you see what I see? I may actually, kinda have traps!! OMG OMG ... Tanning lotion does wonders for me
Here are two more recent fat-belly shots: My worst area -- (my hips/thighs are bad too, but typical female issues.. lolol) Depends on the lighting.... I have never seen my abs.. still a lot of work to do, but we're getting there! Dunno if I'll be ready in 17 weeks (more like 117 weeks ) but I just keep plugging away ...1 day at a time.
