I found one on craigslist, but the picture quality was **** and the only thing in description was the bench inclines and it is in excellent condition. Questions are, is the rack high enough to squat? Can I set the bench to a position for shoulder presses? And obviously does anyone have/use one that can tell me if it's a good sturdy set up.

You do ot want ANY bench like this. YOu want apower rack and seperate FID bench.

Wow, thanks for the replies. I'm glad I waited. I'll pony out a few extra bucks to buy a quality rack.
